Techniques Used:
Person Centered Therapy
Is a form of therapy where the Counselor provides a nonjudgmental environment that allows for the client to be honest with self to explore their emotions, feelings and thoughts.
Acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT)
Is a form of talk psychotherapy that uses acceptance and mindfulness strategies along with commitment and behavior change strategies to increase psychological flexibility.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Is a psycho-social intervention that aims to reduce symptoms of mental conditions such as anxiety, depression and other emotional concerns. CBT is structured goal oriented talk therapy.
